Slideshow Setup for Sunday

As a caretaker at the church, I’m responsible for hooking up the media player to the projector screen on Sunday mornings so the congregation can view the slideshow during coffee hour—though not every Sunday, only when needed.

Last Sunday, I saw the media player on my supervisor’s desk—he doesn’t come in on Sundays like I do. I assumed it was meant to be hooked up, so I connected it, but nothing appeared on the screen. I wasn’t sure whether it was actually intended to be used. It turns out it was, but I didn’t know why it wasn’t displaying anything.

Today, Saturday, I came in to prepare for the Sunday service and saw a message. I'm not sure if it was meant for me, but I assume the slideshow will show if I press HDMI 1. I'll try that tomorrow morning.
